From designing the program’s initial web site in 2007, happy, inc. has since developed numerous campaigns designed to increase adoption or acquire new audience segments.
Our most recent work includes research, strategic development, design and content for campaigns promoting no-cost energy efficiency upgrades available to low-income customers.
Research has included data analysis as well as stakeholder interviews.
